Jenny Dougall – Virtual Assistant based in Alfreton, Derbyshire

I have over 13 years corporate experience working for a variety of companies, from small family run local businesses to large international companies including DHL. My qualifications include being an AAT qualified bookkeeper and working towards being a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants. I have a broad knowledge of software packages including Microsoft Office, Sage, Xero, G Suite and more!

I am a proud mum of two, and I love eating out and a good comedy night. I take a great deal of pride in my work, ensuring a high standard is met at all times.

I understand the struggles of trying to wear all the hats while you build your own business, perhaps not always in your own area of expertise, alongside juggling the schedule to have some quality family time, after all that’s probably one of the reasons you went into business, to be more flexible and have more family time?

Working with me, clients get the time freedom they want to focus on growing their business, and leading the lives they want, by outsourcing time consuming administrative tasks, day-to-day financial records, reporting tasks and more to me.
